I am a Higher Education Professional with a Master's in Higher Education Administration currently living in Monterey, CA. I am interested in developing and growing as a professional while supporting others in their higher educational journey. I am a proponent of Access to Higher Education, from supporting students get into college, to graduating as many as possible. I have worked with many diverse populations of students and staff, both at respectable Non-Profits and Colleges. My focus has been in the areas of Mentoring, Coaching, Research, Data Collection, and Leadership. I have a passion for developing my skills in research, policy, and human development.
